About OnCue

What is OnCue?

OnCue Theatre Corporation is a non-profit organization born during the 2020 pandemic as Virtual Cue, offering a creative outlet for children during lockdowns. Starting as a virtual summer theatre camp, it quickly transformed into an in-person program in 2021, producing beloved shows like "The Little Mermaid Jr.," "Beauty and the Beast Jr.," "High School Musical Jr.," and "Legally Blonde Jr." We just closed out our first full season which included productions of “Carrie: The Musical,” “Into the Woods Jr.,” “Shrek Jr.,” “Willy Wonka Jr.,” “Green Day’s American Idiot,” “Seussical Jr.,” “13! Jr.,” and “Next to Normal.”

At OnCue, we believe that children's theatre should be an exhilarating adventure and a fun, safe outlet for kids to connect, learn, and create lasting memories. Our mission is to provide young people with an exceptional theatre arts experience through high-quality, innovative, and engaging programs led by experienced professionals.

We are committed to fostering a nurturing and safe environment where everyone feels a part of the magic of theatre. Our goal is to empower children, building their enthusiasm, confidence, self-esteem, communication skills, and social abilities. Through theatre education, we open up a world of creativity and personal growth, guiding young minds on a lifelong journey of discovery and expression.
